Today a friendly and knowledgeable couple from Ohio toured our home. They are investigating the option of building a passive house and came to visit one first-hand. It was clear that each was well-informed—they had a good grasp of energy efficient mechanical systems and other building components. As a licensed plumber, his compliments on the craftsmanship of our plumbing system were gratifying. We wish them well with their project!
Michael continues with finishing touches including the kitchen cabinetry. The painting crew worked on the first floor and staircase walls today.
